My Comments...

"This couple met in college and wanted portraits at the Furman University campus in Greenville, SC. I met them at the campus, and we spent a lot of time walking around campus and creating portraits at various spots that were special to them. This photograph was made at the Japanese garden, which happened to be closed for construction at the time. You would never know this from the photograph. If you have a creative eye and can see past typical obstructions of any city, you can always find angles and locations that give the feeling of being somewhere else - in this case a mountain lake."
