My Comments...

"Many churches have rules restricting photography "during" the ceremony - I guess some "so called" photographers have ruined it for all of us. When I create photos during the ceremony, I quietly remain in the back of the santuary or in the balcony. During this wedding, the balcony was not being used so I quietly positioned myself there and created a few photographs during the ceremony (no flash of course). Other than my assistant, nobody even knew that I had created these photographs. These images are special, but never at the cost of taking away from the special atmosphere of the wedding ceremony. Although this image has a sepia tone, I allow the bride and groom to choose between color or black and white. I typically select images that I feel lend themselves best to black and white or sepia tone, but leave the final decision to the bride and groom. They usually accept my recommendation."
